Review titled Terrible
Rated 1 star out of 5

My daughter was diagnosed twice with "tonsillitis" without proper check up and send home with antibiotics. Both times it was wrong diagnosis, we ended up going to private doctor to get right medication. No one was listening our concerns. Every time she was seen by consultant not even doctor ! She's 2.5 years old. Really hard to get appointment for baby at first place and then get unprofessional care. Very disappointed.

Review titled Bad practice

How on earth can receptionist decide who can see a doctor, how ridiculous, not are not trained in health. No wonder the A & E are so very busy. I was advised if my chest infection did not feel better after antibiotics to see my gp...but the receptionist will not allow it

Review titled Great Practice

I never had a problem with this surgery, yes when you ring at 8am you are in a queue but 90% of the time you get either a telephone appointment or a face to face one. they are very good at giving you results of any test, my twice now I've had swabs done on a wound the first time I got a telephone call, the second time a text message both telling my to go and pick up a prescription, swab done on Friday text message on the following Tuesday. Well done Kingsbury Court

Review titled Rude receptionist
Rated 1 star out of 5

Have been with them since 2016:some doctors /nurses are very professional and compassionate (especially nurses that perform annual cervical screening tests), I also had some GPs that were absolutely incompetent and unjustifiably arrogant. Nowadays, since the NHS is so broken I don't see the point going somewhere else as most likely everywhere is the same situation with appointments and availability, however I must agree with all other reviews regarding the receptionist or receptionists that work at Kingsbury. Today I received my blood tests back that had a few abnormalities (you can see it on the Airmid app). My health concerns are of a very sensitive subject so it was very thrilling for me to talk to GP regarding those results. When called for an appointment had a receptionist who told me that " unfortunately there're is no appointment available for you today as its nothing serious anyway, just keep calling next week"... I could understand that there is no appointments today however how dare someone who doesn't know anything about me, my health and medicine whatsoever say something like that. You just cant do that. This practice really need to review their receptionists' behaviour and hire someone who is more resilient and customer focused. Chatbots have more personality than some of the surgery staff.

Review titled One of the worst surgeries I have ever been to
Rated 1 star out of 5

Been with the for over 5 years and I don't why I am still with them. Probably I can't be bothered to change. You can never reach them for an appointment There is an option to call and book if availble appointments on the same day by calling at 8am and 1pm. Minimum wait on the phone 30-40 minutes. When join the queue over the phone you are on 10 - 12 position.but by the time they answer the call either 8.30 or 1.30 or later than that. 10 or more calls to answer and book immediate appointments. Once answered says no appointments available. Google has over 50 reviews and average 2 star or below. Once went for an appointment and I was 2 minutes late. Anyway Once checked at the reception waiting for another 15 or minutes and I don't hear they calling my name. So popped into reception to ask what's happening. Nurse said give few mire minutes and later she comes and telling me , the Doctor is not in his consultation room. And no body knows where the doctor is.. then had to see a nurse after. It is funny no one knows what's happening in that place. They should close that surgery where we would be kicked out I think. What a shame
