    The Triage system works really, it takes a few minutes to fill in the questions but preferable to waiting on the phone. My experience so far has been excellent.

    This is my 2nd experience here - both very positive. Today I just went in for a blood test by the nurse, but arrived a little unwell. Reception and the nurse were fantastic - making sure I was ok and considered whether I could proceed with the blood test. Staff are friendly too.

    The staff are friendly and very professional. My experience has been with reception, triage, as well as a doctor's appointment. I joined this year and just had my first in-person appointment. The doctor instantly understood the issues and followed a very sensible course of action. I feel very comfortable in their care. I was also appreciative of the fact that while my symptoms were not urgent, they were of concern and they kindly allocated a same day appointment.

    Only way to get an appointment is to call on the day at 8am. They think this is perfectly acceptable practice and by default only give telephone appointments. Twice had a wrong diagnosis due to a telephone appointment.
