Review titled Lovely people always very helpful and undertanding.
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Michael E Corby - Posted on 14 June 2023
Sometimes a long wait for phone to be answered. Face to face the doctors are very thorough -the repeat pescription service works well as the medication is with my pharmacy within onr to two days. We do have excellant hospitals to which we can be referred notably Moorfields for Eyes and Ucl. Hospital which have unrivalled expertise. There are diffiulties from time, mainly of co-ordination but these mostly occurr from underinvestment by the government. This system for reviws is at fault as it rejcts words in caps hence Ucl

Review titled Disappointing Admin, App not useful
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 06 April 2023
Sadly had a terrible experience with the surgery, sending incomplete and wrong blood test forms, no communication or follow ups on late referrals and app is useless as they never really enable online consultations. Even when they do, they are unreliable in callback timings.

Review titled No answer for a repeat prescription
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 22 March 2023
My and my partner have been contacting the GP for over a week now about a repeat medication for our two year old daughter. We are aware that the GP is always busy so we planned everytime (every single time we have this problem) and we are told it's send to out local pharmacy and it's actually not and we have to beg for the pharmacist to give us the medication for our little girl, or they just don't reply at all about it. This last time we have spent a week calling (every time we call we wait for at least 30 minutes) and when we eventually get an answer they tell us that they will talk to the GP and nothing happens. It's not like the doctor took the medicine off, we have it as a permanent prescription and still it is impossible for them to send it after we contact them (hopefully this would be automatic but we have to go through the trouble of contacting them every time and wasting so much energy and time sending emails and making calls for them to send the prescription).

Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Sanyu Kawooya - Posted on 06 February 2023
I had a very polite and efficient interaction with a lovely gentleman at reception on the phone today. The phone was answered promptly, he gave me some additional information and my appointment was rebooked in seconds. Great patient service! I have been with this surgery for years (through 2 of their moves even) and they have always been very helpful.

Review titled Great service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

The young man on reception today took action on my problem immediately and resolved it very quickly, efficiently and professionally (unfortunately the rules for leaving reviews prevent me from naming him) I have always found the staff here to go the extra mile for their patients. It's a great practice!

Review titled Great practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Alaine Delve - Posted on 09 November 2022
Since I joined the practice my chronic conditions have been very well looked after by the GPs and allied staff alongside my consultants. I’ve never had any problems getting telephone consultations and F2F appts if needed. I use the app to contact the surgery as there can be long waiting times if phoning. Compared to my previous surgery where the care was terrible and I wasn’t looked after at all, this surgery has been a millions time better. I would definitely recommend this practice to other people

Review titled This surgery has harmed my health more than helped it
Rated 1 star out of 5

There are so so so so many examples that I could give about why this surgery has increased my anxiety, and has made it difficult to get any help, for the sake of not boring you, here are two: (1) I moved from Scotland where I was on a waiting list for a procedure. When I registered here I needed to be referred to urology. The Dr did this but after 7 months I hadn't received a confirmation/appointment date so I thought I would check up on it. When I called the GP said that they had referred me, but the referral was "bounced back" the next day because they hadn't attached the letters. Instead of anyone (at all) telling me this so that I could re-send them the scanned letters, they just said nothing and I had to start the whole referral process again. Great. (2) When I had an ultrasound of my pelvis, the results were meant to be sent to my surgery so the GP could discuss them with me. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard so I entered an app request to hear about the results. The surgery bizarrely emailed me a photo of my scan result and the notes (with no subject or any text). Funnily enough, I'm not a physician. I actually had to google the words in the notes myself to figure out if anything had gotten worse since my last scan. No one called me to discuss them. I actually never bothered chasing it up because this kind of thing is constant, and you have to pick your battles. The reception staff truly never answer the phones. Like everyone else says, if I have to call up, I can be on hold for an hour (true story) as caller number 3 the whole time, and even when you get through they are so clearly not fussed whether they help you or not. The really bad part: my partner was given a used (and cracked) urine sample cup with someone else's name labelled on it. Don't waste your time pal. Go somewhere else.
