I have always had a really positive relationship with my practice, everyone is kind and patient, something I feel is so important when you are going through something to do with my health Thankfully I am not frequent visitor there, but it is always a good and kind service, from the lovely ladies on reception through to the gp or nurse I see I had to have knee injection this time , not pleasant but my gp was very knowledgeable and kind

I felt professionals did not listen and body language did not show focus. While speaking they did not make eye contact or face towards myself. I was made to feel like I was a burden to the professional and did not feel like they wanted to understand the problem.

Excellent service from the Receptionist when booking the appointment. The Dr was very understanding, professional at all times and clearly explained the need for a referral to a specialist. Other services were also offered.

Recently had a prostate check very sympathetically done felt at ease all through the procedure can sometimes be quite difficult to get an appointment but the care is always spot on

I called late afternoon to get an appointment, (wasn’t expecting to get one for at least a few weeks) anyway the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and managed to get me an appointment the following day (very lucky it was a cancellation). This was then followed by attending the appointment, and the dr I saw was very helpful and supportive! Thankyou!
