Explained my problem to reception and was made me an appointment to see a doctor in a time scale which was acceptable. Physician was thorough and polite and guided me perfectly to get the services at the hospital that I required...thank you

Had a hydrocortisone injection. Dr gave me excellent information prior to procedure and excellent aftercare information

I have just been given cortisone injection for knee pain I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently everything was explained to me by the doctor and I feel so much better for having had this treatment

After a long wait to see the GP I came away pleased that I had been examined and my problems listened to and with a referral for an hospital scan, which gives me hope there could be a solution or some relief with my condition

I can only apologise for the delay in seeing a GP but we are trying to manage the exceptional demands being experienced across the NHS. We are now offering same day appointments but those must be very carefully managed for obvious reasons. What a waste of time. If you suffer from mental health issues, I recommend you go somewhere else for help and support. The doctor I saw wasn't helpful or understood anything I was saying. The advice given was something I've already tried, and it's not helped.

Had to wait 3 weeks to see GP but worth it as he listened to me and I wasn’t rushed. Came away with new medication which will hopefully help and a plan for future. Thank you Dr S

The doctor was very thorough and a good listener! She even phoned me a couple of times after I left to discuss medication and which was best. Excellent service.
