    We were waiting nearly 30 min for the doctor to call us in. Then doctor was making impression like she is guessing what could be a good treatment. She was using phrases such as “i heard this could help..” or “what would you think could help you…”. If i would knew what could help me then i wouldn’t need to see doctor and i would expect that doctor would knew what treatment to propose after previously receiving a photos and do not make us soo confused and uncomfortable

    The Dr that I saw for an ongoing condition was excellent. They supported me by listening, arranging further tests, and prescribing new medication to try and help. I didn't feel rushed and I felt valued and more positive when I left the surgery. I can say that I'm a very satisfied patient who has been using the surgery for over 50 years.

    Explained my conditions and was given some exercises to do also required a blood test to check my medication. Very easy to talk to and put me at ease.

    I called the surgery on Tuesday of this week, managed to get an appointment with a Clinician and have been referred to Calow for further tests. Very quick, efficient. The surgery called me back when they said they would. Very professional. Thank you.

    The doctor saw me the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They wrote me a comprehensive letter to take to hospital the same day. I was dealt with quite swiftly at hospital, because of the letter. The problem is now confirmed, with solutions being put in place.

    Phoned 08.30 with problem, receptionist listened carefully to my needs and arranged an appointment for 10.50. Lady Doctor was very attentive and prescribed medication. All in all a good experience.
