Did not feel it was worth the visit,physio looked at area but did not examine it then said he would send me exercises via email could of done all that over the phone

I have had a problem for several years. Initial treatment was very successful but condition worsened and I needed another alternative. Doctor very helpful and informative and explained alternatives. Doctor also referred me to a specialist.

I got good care from the nurse. She was caring and non judgemental. What I didn't luke was hearing the receptionists chatting and gossiping about people. No wonder they take an age to answer the phone!

The doctor was very kind and helpful. I had a steroid injection for carpal tunnel syndrome. Doctor gave good instructions for after care
