1. Review titled Great practice in general but

   Unfortunately the clinician I saw is sadly lacking in his interpersonal skills. It would be nice to be welcomed into the room with a smile and friendly greeting, and invited to sit down. A 'nice to meet you' muttered at the computer screen doesn't count! I understand the need to refer to the computer screen part of the time but in between he needs to learn about the importance of eye contact. I don't think he smiled the whole time. I have no doubt about his professional competence. The other issue was that I discovered the exercise programme he sent me required the use of 2 different sorts of resistance bands which I don't happen to have. I will need advice about choosing appropriate ones. Fortunately I can afford to buy what is needed but don't know what happens if patients aren't in a position to do so?

   I was disappointed to be asked to provide my weight and blood pressure readings when I was not asked for them when I attended my appointment. Why ask for them and not bother to take them.
