A good experience and felt seen and also respected. The doctor and reception staff were very helpful and the communication was good.

Phoned at 0800 about an ear problem. Seen the same day by the Practice Nurse who was wonderful. I am booked in to have a procedure privately because I would not be seen until mid September at the doctors. Not their fault, though. All about funding. I am still happy with my Doctor's service.

Appointment was on time and nurse and staff professional. Appointment was easy to book online and I was very impressed with the team informing me about my treatment through the NHS App

I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner R after a phonecall to ask for advice following a recent fall. She called me in half an hour later and really cared. She listened and put my mind at ease. She advised visiting the hospital as she suspected I had broken my collar bone , I had. I saw her again Saturday for a smear test where again she was excellent in listening and helping with other women's stuff. She has arranged a follow up and blood tests. She is an asset to the practice.

The nurse made me feel really at ease during my smear test. I was very nervous after having a bad experience previously, however she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pain and the procedure was over very quickly.

I really wanted to write this review for the surgery. I can’t emphasise enough about the positive attitude of the main doctor and the nurse practitioner. Also the person who conducted my cervical screening was really compassionate. They all are apt for their roles and really doing a great job by being so kind and considerate to the patients coming in. I felt heard and understood. My concerns were addressed with great importance. They made it feel so effortless. I really appreciate their attitude and please keep doing what you are doing. Thanks.
