We have visited for my son's ear infection for 4 to 5 times and not getting proper treatment or medicine.

I visited chase surgery , i always find the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, i had a few queries i needed to sort out regarding my dads appointments they were very helpful and sorted straight away.

When you finally get an appointment the gp is quite thorough though time is wasted by gp having to read notes in the appointment

The doctor who I visited yesterday I have seen several times and she always listens to every detail and seems to go the extra making sure that my needs are met and arranges follow up calls or appointments. Generally seems to care about the patient.
