Drs here have always been really caring and my latest visit was no exception. Although I hadn’t met this doctor before she took the time to get to know me and my past medical history.

Initially the doctor did not introduce me to the other practitioner in the surgery, which I thought strange. The eye dept at the University hospital added an ointment to my prescription, which disappeared later, I was able to purchase some when I needed more but the doctor said it was not necessary?

Physio therapy session consisted of looking at my feet. No treatment. Advised to wriggle my ankles and spread my toes. No help whatsoever. Waste of my time and tax payers money.

Having recently suffered a health issue contacted reception by phone. No issue with getting through and speaking to a very helpful lady. Resulted in out of hours telephone appointment with a doctor. This occurred on time and very thorough. Pleased with outcome from it and have just seen a doctor as a follow up at the surgery. Booked in swiftly, doctor very pleasant and I left with positive outcome. As an infrequent user I was genuinely surprised at the service and treatment I received. Thanks to all involved.

Went for my appointment 9:00am staff very courteous and polite. But I don't understand why it takes so long to get an appointment to see a doctor.

Please be aware we offer pre-bookable appointments, also Triage calls with Paramedics/Doctors/Advanced Nurse Practitioner which can be booked on the day along with access to extended hours. I was called in on time, the doctor listened to my problem talked about how to deal with the pain I was having. The dr then wrote a prescription for me which I promptly picked up from the chemist next door. It was a great experience.
