Following recent tests the practice was quick to call me in and discuss the results and the next steps. This is so refreshing to know that the patient is put first when hearing from other people about the poor experiences they have received from the GP practices.

When visiting the doctor this week I had concerns possibly relating to my diabetes. These concerns were not answered and are still continuing

I was seen 5minutes before my appointment time and dealt with very well. I left the practice happy and confident the doctor did everything that I asked

Great team who do their best to attend to my needs. Thank you. The Brandon Road surgery desperately needs NHS funding to completely demolish the very old building and replace it with a modern facility. Come on NHS this team desperately needs a modern building to work in.

Arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The nurse was very reassuring. Talked about pre diabetes and how to manage it

Had an appointment with the nurse and she was wonderful. The trainee nurse was also very pleasant and helpful. I did arrive a bit earlier for the appointment and she saw me earlier than the time of my appointment. Which is not the case with GPs, even when they have no patients, they will still not see you before appointment time. Absolutely loved her for that professional approach to work, not to keep anyone waiting without a reason.

Always very good. Always feel like I’m given plenty of time with the doctor. The doctors are always friendly but professional. My Dr was very attentive and gave me good advice
