I have been in contact previously with this practise and nhs england, as i have for over 18mths and up to date still receiving g.p and hospital appointments for a male patient of yours, I am female and live in a different county. This is a good practice the doctor was very attentive and explained what he was going to do to my hand, and then gave me advice on how to care for my hand. The young lady with him was learning, he asked if I minded her staying I said I didn't mind at all

Felt a bit achey for 2 days following vaccine. Arm ached a bit from vaccine as expected but also felt generally a bit achey from vaccine, as if recovering from a slight fever.

I was having a regular injection into my wrist.short waiting time, dr was polite and friendly, explained everything as he has a student with him. Not rushed. All reception staf are great too.

From entering the practice to leaving, the lady at reception was warm & friendly and the doctor my husband & I saw was great. He was patient & listened, we did not feel rushed & felt that he had all the time in the world for us. He was thorough & explained everything clearly. We felt relaxed with his calm & friendly mannerism.

I was given a full check, temperature, blood pressure, oxygen level. I was questioned fully and I was listened to. A plan of action was provided so I understood the next steps.

Came to see the nurse and she was really welcoming and knowledgable. All procedures were completed efficiently and further support was offered.

The physio provided lots of information. It was just a shame to be informed that the problem predominantly lies with another part of my body whereas if this had been identified 18 months ago it might have been sorted.
