My experience with the Dr was a good one. She was attentive and listened to my needs. The practice on a whole is good. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get an appointment but that's the way things are with the NHS. Not the practices fault.

I was able to arrange appointment on my preferred time. No delays . Very nice people and helpful. All went in accordance to plan. The electronic system is very good progress.

Most of the GP’s are helpful and listen to you. The reception staff are also helpful and try their best to get appointments sorted and communicate with the GP’s I felt heard and was given an appointment asap

Did not feel it was worth the visit,physio looked at area but did not examine it then said he would send me exercises via email could of done all that over the phone

Had an appointment with the Practice Nurse. Nurse was brilliant, very kind, gave me time to explain the issue and listened. She offered excellent advice and different options to consider. Was lovely.

I have had a problem for several years. Initial treatment was very successful but condition worsened and I needed another alternative. Doctor very helpful and informative and explained alternatives. Doctor also referred me to a specialist.
