Things have changed a lot since Covid but so far I can not complain about my experience with contacting Kenmore online. I find they respond to the request the same day and I have been seen very efficiently and compassionately by lovely doctors when needed. Times are tough in the NHS but I would thoroughly recommend Kenmore. Thank you.

I had a query about an outstanding repeat prescription through Pharmacy2u leaving me with only a few days’ medicine. I had been unable to make contact with Pharmacy2U, despite calling direct over a period of two weeks. During our five minute phone call, Kenmore Medical Centre staff quickly understood my concern, found a prescribing clerk and my medicine was available from the practice pharmacy the next day.

My doctor today is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, listens perfectly, helpful, patient and extremely reassuring. I'm sure the treatment/solution would be similar across the practice but I am so confident in him that I have no doubt in my mind that he has put my condition, concerns and remedy first. We are extremely lucky to have such a wondeful doctor available.

I found the service and response from both the staff and the online system outstanding I made my enquiry at 07.00 in the morning had a response by 08.30 appointments booked and sorted before breakfast. What a service absolutely great.

Speedy reply to my email request. All appointments were given days and times within an hour of emailing. Lovely GP on the first appointment, checked everything and explained in a straightforward manner.

I cannot say enough good things about Kenmore Medical Centre. My GP in particular is always incredibly attentive and well informed which puts me at complete ease in her care. I find the practice as a whole very well ran and I never have a problem getting an appointment, time with a GP or nurse. Usually I submit my query and within an hour I have next steps in place.

At a very difficult stage i was greatly helped by the Doctor i saw on 12 6 24 who took the time to greatly help me with excellent advice and care which was very comforting and helpful as were the staff at Kenmore, many thanks from a very grateful patient
