I called the surgery at 9.10 and managed to have an appointment at 9.30 the same morning. The receptionist was precise and informative in explaining the system for obtaining appointments and able to offer a choice on the day. I saw the doctor at 9.30 and impressed by the consultation and information provided. She put my mind at rest and organised blood tests to rule out any potential issues. I was extremely impressed with the whole process.

Following my recent visit with the senior doctor at Issa, I can honestly say that I put my full trust in the care provided as he listened to me and made appropriate referrals which is extremely reassuring. The practice is efficiently run and the team are fully committed in providing the highest level of care. The range of service provisions available at this practice that I have accessed such as physiotherapy and blood clinics is beyond incredible! Thank you

Saw the nurse practitioner. As always, she was extremely professional and thorough. She spent time really listening to my health concerns. I came away from my appointment with the outcome I had hoped for. There was also a student nurse in my appointment, I was asked prior to sitting down if I was happy to have her in my appointment, to which I was. She engaged with me and the nurse practitioner included the student nurse in the conversations we were having regarding my health concerns.

I called for an appointment today and was given the option of a face to face or telephone. I chose a telephone and with a prescriber as my need was a medication one which did not need a GP just a health care professional with the ability to prescribe. The staff member was friendly, could find thr issue from my records and prescribed what was needed. Thank you.

I have moved around drs over the last few years and overall ive found issa medical center to be very person centered, friendly and very helpful. i went and seen a new dr for the second time today. Felt listened to and understood. Very professional and friendly. Would recomend to anyone in the area.

I came into the clinic today to see a lovely lady doctor for an emergency appointment at 2pm. When initially greeting me she came to my seat and helped me get up (I have bad arthritis), walking me both to and from the doctors room. Nobody has ever done this before and I thought it was a lovely gesture and truly showed how much she cares for her patients. When discussing my issue she was understanding and patient with me, assisting me in everything I needed. This doctor/nurse assisted me to the best of their ability and I am very grateful for this. Would definitely like to be seen by her again. Christine Hesketh
