Receptionist recommended a F2F appt for repeat prescription. Booked appt. Doctor cakes couple of days prior and asked if it was OK to have a chat earlier over the phone. Problem solved. Time saved. Prescription ordered and collected on the way home from work. Excellent service, as always.

I was seen by young doctor. He was brilliant, took his time in answering and explaining everything. He put me at ease where previously I was really worried about the issues

Rang to get appointed. Doctor then rang me within 5 minutes for a consultation and asked to see me immediately. I went to centre straight away and was seen in 5 minutes.

Everytime I have been for an appointment I have had a great experience. All the staff are so understanding and willing to discuss anything with you to ensure you fully understand everything that's going on. I always feel like I have an answer each time I've had an appointment and I feel like they genuinely care about my wellbeing.

Spoke to a GP who clearly explained in layman's terms what a complex clinical letter that I had received from Blackpool Hospital was saying. It had been written in technical terms that meant nothing to me. Didn't help that it was prepared by someone who had never met me (it referred to me as lady to start with then changed my gender to male part way through). Also the GP gave me helpful advice and reassurance on future actions that I could take if my symptoms recurred.
