    I have tried and tried to call you but I I keep getting hung up on. I had an appointment for 10.waited two hours as stated from 09:00 only for the doctors to put the phone down. I have now called reception three times and I keep getting the same. Also I was requested to attend a clinic to be treated so poorly leaving my arms marked with botched blood tests and sent to a pharmacist for a monitor to be fitted without any conversation regarding why or what was going on. I had my GP app updated with results that seems rather worrying and no doctors have called me to say what they mean. Poor from all involved

    Always receive exceptional service when in contact with the surgery. The lady who booked my smear was very informative and helpful, definitely helped put my mind at ease.Thank you.

    I was seen by a Doctor who has not left the correct diagnosis of my condition, he did not examine me so therefore how can he possibly think there is something wrong with my hips.

    After booking an appointment and taking time off work, I had to call up to be rudely spoken to on the phone and eventually cut off due to them removing my appointment after sending a reminder text to me. I am sick of being fobbed off by this doctors surgery, they do not care and are even less accommodating if you have a job!! appalling receptionist again and lack of resolution to my issue

    The professional I seen today was great, she was very sweet, down to earth and preformed an outstanding job and provided me with an fantastic service, she did her job to the best of her abilities, she looked very experienced in her job, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, she gave me the finest of advise regarding my health issues and gave the the required medication for my cure, these kind of professional’s need to be recognised for the work they do and also the commitment they put towards there work, god bless her and all at iridium medical practice. 💯♥️

    I booked a telephone consultation for 11.50 and waited all day for a callback from the gp. No doctor rang even though I called reception twice throughout the day. What is the point of booking an appointment if you are not going to call your patient.

    Took my son to see GP on Monday was told he a viral and can't give anything he hand improved by Thursday... booked another appointment for today at 10.30 when we arrived was told to use the tablet screen to book in which I did .Half an hour after the appointment time had lapsed I went the reception desk to enquire what the delay was .only to be told there was no appointment booked for my son after showing them the text confirmation the receptionist disappeared out the back to speak to someone...when she came back she said the doctor had phoned in sick and we should have had an email to say the appointment was cancelled which obviously I hadn't ....we ended up being sent a surgery in Saltley for an appointment at 1.30 I had to take the afternoon off work to take him....the doctor there thinks he has scarlet fever now..... very poor service I wish it was the first time but it isnt
