    just been today for my flu and covid booster jabs and i would just like to say how lovely and happy everyone was , very well done and quick .thankyou to you all.

    very poor service 2 months and still waiting two appointment canceled this year no follow up from blood test

    Dear Mr Sutcliffe Thank you for your feedback regarding the service you've received from the practice. I am disappointed to hear that your experience was not positive. We unfortunately had to cancel your appointments due to staff sickness. I would like to stress this is not something we do lightly however on this occasion we found ourselves in exceptional circumstances. Dr Lachmann has also taken the time to explain this further in the direct message he sent to you. I can see that a member of staff has tried to resolve the situation and re-arrange your appointment, but you declined the date offered.
