Review titled Poor support
Rated 1 star out of 5
by June Murray - Posted on 27 March 2023
I tried to have a conversation with the prescription helpline, it really should not be that difficult to ask for my prescription to be updated so I can proceed with repeat prescriptions. First of all the person could not wait to terminate the call and told to to write in, really? In this age of electronic communication, I have to write a letter just to ask if I can have something I was prescribed, but has not been input onto the system. The customer support is appalling.

Review titled Good experience

I have just joined this practice and although like everywhere they are super busy, the difference in how you are treated and spoken to you compared to my last practice is incredible. The reception staff and secretaries are polite and professional. The doctor I saw took time to know me and understand my problem, and provide supportive advice and solutions. I am really happy to be a patient of this practice.

Review titled Time consuming mix up.
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Kathleen Langridge - Posted on 24 January 2023
3 weeks ago asked if l could have blood test to check my cholesterol and thyroid, was given appointment for 24/1 with nurse. Today nurse said could not do test without form from doctor. so was given an appointment for a telephone conversation with doctor for 31/1. so this whole process has taken so far 4 weeks, as soon as l speak to the doctor there will be another period of time before l can have the blood test done, then l will have to wait for the result. All l am trying to do is look after my own health by being proactive in checking things which can be a ticking time bomb ie high cholesterol. What would have helped is as this problem was caused by a member of staff at Humber Road ( l should have been told l need to see doctor first) is if they would have said look sit and wait and we will have a word with a doctor and see if we can get a blood test sorted for you. Its ok to admit a mistake has been made, the public will be fine they just need help, not to be treated like an irritation.
