I rang at 8am. 42 calls and over 40 minutes in the queue to be told no appointments left. It doesn't matter what severity of issue you ring with either. Totally unfair system that pushes people to the brink. You're not able to pre book and are told to ring back daily for the exact same thing to happen again. When I'm dead I hope someone sorts this system out so others don't have to keep going through it.

If you would like to discuss this further, please contact the surgery and ask for the Operational Manager who would be more than happy to listen to your concerns and hopefully try and understand the issues which may then help us to improve our service.
