I called last week in the afternoon saying an elderly person was unwell and I was told they couldn't send anyone that day. They said they would come first thing the next morning and they would call a local contact before coming but this didn't happen, hence the patient was on her own when the medic visited. I am quite concerned that their treatment of this patient is falling below the standard required for a vulnerable elderly sick person. They really need to improve their service and treat all patients well not just some of them.

I called the surgery using two phones simultaneously, and both stated my position in the queue as number one. I only need to confirm the time of an appointment for which I already have the date, but no time listed in the reminder. Could you fix the notification system , so I don't have to hang on the call for 20 mins.

In August I had a melanoma removed. The service was fast and considerate at all times and by all staff concerned. For which a great big thank you.

In a time when the NHS seems to be gathering a lot of negative press around not being able to see the Dr etc, and as someone who has not used the NHS really for the last 10+ years, when I now need some NHS support this has been a revelation as there does not seem to be any inability to get quite a few appointments in the coming days for tests and so on. Brilliant

I deliberately didn’t phone in on. Monday because I know they are very busy. Before I can state my reason receptionist says “We are on a medical emergency “. The way this was stated in my opinion demonstrates a poor attitude to patients.
