very helpful & efficient service as usual. The staff are an asset to the practice. If you are unhappy with your current practice this is the practice to go to.

Hopwood house medical practice in my view are extremely caring . The staff go above and beyond and will accommodate you where possible I would recommend hopwood house to anyone my sincere thanks to every member of staff at the practice James Taylor

I must say I have left several reviews over the past few years and can say that in all of the many occasions I have been assisted by the staff at hopwood house I have never once had a negative experience Thanks again James Taylor

The nurse at the practice really put my daughter at ease when having her bloods done, she was friendly, professional and really showed she cared.

My experience was fantastic, i went in before my actual appointment time which was great, was in and out within 5 minutes. Staff are great,always go above and beyond to help the patients.

I was granted a “telephone consultation” with a doctor and waited over a week. I then received a text stating my appointment would be for 10:30am. Closer to the time I received a second message confirming it and again 10:30am. I went to the gym and found I had a missed call from the doctors at 9:30am, I then had a message stating the doctor had rang twice…… not true I only had one missed call. I contacted the surgery and was told by the receptionist that a telephone call could be made anytime!!!!!!! So what’s the point of an appointment time????????? To add insult to injury I have Now received a message advising me I’ve missed an appointment! Not impressed I’m thinking of moving practice.

Dear Patient, I am sorry you have not had a good experience at the surgery. We have an automated appointment reminder system which does not recognize telephone consultation appointments however you should have been informed to ignore the reminder and that your telephone consultation could be anytime between 8am and 6.30pm when you booked the appointment. I also recently sent a message to all patients stating this. The clinician will attempt to contact a patient twice, if the call is not answered then unfortunately this is classed as a missed appointment and the patient would be asked to rebook. As you have posted this review anonymously I am unable to speak with you directly regarding this matter. J Berry Practice manager
