Following my previous post I was able to access my test results within 24 hours of submission via my NHS App. The PATCHs and NHS App combination enabled me to access the surgery and treatment easily and quickly. The App also shows my previous medical history - I had forgotten about a couple of items! It does take a little while to set up but definitely worth doing.

Used PAtchs e consult system and received prompt, appropriate and professional service. Patchs easier to use than previous e consult as allows patient ability to describe symptoms rather than tick boxes.

Hats off to Honeypot Medical Centre on delivering an exceptional covid vaccination service on top of everything else they do. The teamwork of the staff, commitment and dedication they have to accomplish the essential services for us, incredible! They deserve recognition for all their hard work!
