I was fitted me in within a hour of me sending my email with my concern and was give a wide variety of appointment time to choose from, the nurse a saw was very officiant and referred me to QA straight away

I had a very supportive Nurse practitioner who was so thoughtful, supportive and sympathetic to my case. I felt I could discuss my needs and history openly and new I would get appropriate advice guidance and direction. I cannot thank the Nurse enough as I now feel so much better.

Staff friendly and listened to me re my current health issues. Staff were reassuring. Bloods taken painlessly. New appt booked for next stage of treatment.

I have always had a great experience with this practice. Staff are helpful and welcoming though there does usually seem to be a long queue at reception I always use the check in point for appointments. I've never had a problem making appointments as I always use the online service...no more holding on the phone at 8am! Triage seems to work well, I got a same day appointment which I only requested at noon which was great and have no problem if offered a phone appt, in fact prefer it for minor complaints where just a prescription is needed. It's also nice to have so many services under one roof (2 if you count nearby Oak Park). Overall a great experience

Got there in plenty of time. Had a doctors appointment at 16.20 and a blood test at 16.30. didn't get seen by doctor till at least 16.50 then waited for a blood test. In total I was in the surgery for nearly an hour. It's bad enough trying to call them just to make an appointment. They say about using the online page but that hasn't got anything about what the problem could be so you have to call and you get stuck in 7th place or so.

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear that you arrived early for your appointment at the surgery and had to wait. Unfortunately it may be the case that there was an unwell patient in with the doctor before you which might have led to your delay in being seen. We get over 300 appointment requests online everyday which does prompt for you to let us know what is wrong, and we also take appointment requests over the phone or at the reception desk. However it does sound that you managed to submit or let us know what was wrong as you were as I can see seen by the doctor and also had a blood test on the same day, which I am sure you found convenient. I went in for a blood test and the Nurse was very friendly, extremely professional and gave advice about my having my MOT !! I booked to have that next week along with my results. I'm big on customer service, and there aren't enough superlatives to describe how good the team are, thank you.

They find time to squeeze me , my daughter and my son . Both my children have autism, they are so patient. Resuring. There been two scary moments. I had to blood clots on my lungs straight away got me seen .and my daughter had sepsis. If she is poorly they will always get her in .. they always do friendly. Receptionists nurses . Are all so friendly and helpful.. clinicians always friendly. And all the drs I've seen are just brilliant.. I know can't name names . One Dr I always recognise his voice . He has such a calm and resuring voice.. takes the time to listen .. I remember when I lost my son's nan .who was like a mum to me. Broke down in the surgery. It was this Dr . Who just listen to me when I broke down on him . Never rushed me .have alot of respect for this Dr and everyone at homewell practice. So thank you for always looking after me and my children.

Ok. I am finding things a little bit muddled at the surgery. Very difficult to understand who people are ie: alot of new staff. Don't get results given over the phone, very impersonal.

Dear Patient, Many thanks for your review of our service at the practice. We are proud to have such a large diverse team and I would be more than happy to meet with you and explain everyone's roles. Unfortunately, our reception team are not able to give results out over the phone as you may require clinical input which they are not trained to do. If you have the NHS app you will be able to access your results online so that will save you having to ring the practice. Alisha Practice Manager
