Can get” face to face” if they think it’s urgent, phone waiting ( in the queue) takes ages (45 mins for me ) seems to be enough dr’s , waiting room always empty, nice enough place for a dr’s, worst part is the phoning , 15 mins of telling you to go on internet 🥱

I would make sure that you take up the offer of the call back option on our phone line - as this ensures you do not loose your place in the queue and we will call you back when you are in position 1. This will save you waiting and hear the message about going online to fill out your consultation. However if you do choose this option it is very simple and comes through to the same clinical team who look at the appointment request from the telephone. Many thanks Alisha Practice Manager

Waited almost 3 weeks for a phone consultation for my 3yr old son for something rather important and didn't receive the phone call at all i was due to get this call yesterdayand still havent heard anything, have seen the same Dr a few times for different things and didn't find them very helpful at all. Everyone complains about the reception staff but I actually find them more friendly and more adequate than a majority of the Dr's they've always been friendly and helpful so I will big up the receptionists, great service if you know what's wrong with you and your able to tell the Dr's and they agree your right but awful if you need them to actually test for things you need to ask for any kind of testing and apparently need to re-book phone consultations to probably have to wait another 3 weeks, while I understand people do waste Dr's time for ridiculous things for the likes of people who actually don't rely on them often and go there with real problems you'd think they would spare a little more time

Staff are friendly and helpful, but there is room for improvement in booking appointments and communication. However, I'm aware of the pressure placed on the NHS at present.

Really pleasant young doctor, I felt totally relaxed for my injection. The doctor was very informative and the injection itself was not half as bed as I thought it would be , pretty sure my shoulder is feeling better already !!

Dr rang me in the morning - appointment given for that afternoon with a Dr. Blood test arranged for the following morning - telephone call the next morning telling I need to go to QA on the Sunday- excellent service .

Fabulous staff. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Only complaint is the time it takes to get an appointment but that is not exclusive to this practice. I dislike the on line booking system as too 'wieldly', and difficult to be specific, without it telling you to ring emergency numbers. Having said that I did get a same day response with an appointment in a couple of weeks ( not an urgent matter). Otherwise a good practice, efficiently run considering the national difficulties within the NHS structure. Well done.
