I had an appointment with Dr d He was absolutely brilliant very thorough and explained everything to me. He listened to my different issues that I needed advice and help with. Cannot fault him. Seen a few Dr's here but he was the most helpful and friendly

The doctors have been very helpful every time I’ve met one. However the admin from this practice is bad at best. 1. If you don’t chase them about everything you will not get anywhere. Especially test results 2. I had a doctor advise me that I should book another appointment with him after 6 weeks. When 6weeks rolled around I booked an appointment and requested to have the same doctor. I was told it would take longer to be seen because I requested a particular doctor which is reasonable. But after waiting close to 2 weeks for my appointment I was not booked in to see the same doctor. 3. The admin staff are just plane rude. Interrupting you as you talk because apparently what they have to say is more important at all times.

Short waiting time. Very amicable Doctor discussed condition in detail and I left feeling confident in the forthcoming treatment.

I don't like going to see a doctor normally, however I was completely at ease with the doctor I saw. She made me feel very comfortable and took time to listen to my concerns. Also I find the receptionists very helpful and friendly.

Was really shocked at the amazing treatment I recieved this week comparing to the past 3 or 4 years where I was very disappointed. After a telephone consultation, I was given a face a face appointment with urgent blood tests and referrals. I was listened to and treated respectfully over my concerns. Felt I needed to acknowledge the massive improvement from my previous experiences with the surgery. I've always felt the reception team to be brilliant, just one lady on the phone was unsympathetic however the ladies sat on reception were faultless, friendly and very helpful. Thank you fr the massive improvements that have clearly taken place. It is acknowledge and respected

Used online request at 745. Contacted at 815, face to face appt at 945. Blood test completed at results received by 800am next day on app. Also received phone call before 9am to explain results and any further action. Must also recommend Leigh Park pharmacy who were also outstanding.

First time I've needed to see a doctor in 20+ years. Filled in online form and offered an appointment next day. Doctor running to time and was very pleasant, informative and efficient. Promised referral to consultant and this appointment was confirmed the following day. I have seen negative reviews of the practice but my experience was nothing but positive. Thank you.
