I had a phone call from your diabetic team today. She was so caring and friendly. My prescription is being changed and the lady. patiently explained my options etc. I found her very helpful. I must say that all of the diabetic team helpful and truly caring. Please give them a pat on the back.. please

I had an appt to see a GP about an ongoing problem and the need to be referred for a ultrasound or similar. According to the GP he was unable to help with this and sent me back to Physiotherapy. Wasted visit. My vaccinations were perfectly given by a lovely nurse.

Using their anima Web Based system I have received very prompt response resulting in seeing a doctor. This also applied to my wife The detailed assessment and professional consideration through screening and medication has been first class. The doctors talk to you and more importantly listen to you.

I had an appointment with Dr d He was absolutely brilliant very thorough and explained everything to me. He listened to my different issues that I needed advice and help with. Cannot fault him. Seen a few Dr's here but he was the most helpful and friendly

Recently moved into area and signed up to this practice. Explained my condition on the online form and given an app same morning. The doctor who saw me was absolutely brilliant in his manner and diagnosis and I was soon feeling much better. Cannot recommend him and the practice enough. Thank you

The doctors have been very helpful every time I’ve met one. However the admin from this practice is bad at best. 1. If you don’t chase them about everything you will not get anywhere. Especially test results 2. I had a doctor advise me that I should book another appointment with him after 6 weeks. When 6weeks rolled around I booked an appointment and requested to have the same doctor. I was told it would take longer to be seen because I requested a particular doctor which is reasonable. But after waiting close to 2 weeks for my appointment I was not booked in to see the same doctor. 3. The admin staff are just plane rude. Interrupting you as you talk because apparently what they have to say is more important at all times.

I don't like going to see a doctor normally, however I was completely at ease with the doctor I saw. She made me feel very comfortable and took time to listen to my concerns. Also I find the receptionists very helpful and friendly.
