I was very impressed to encounter various members of the practice who provided outstanding care during my visits. During my appointment with an advanced clinical practitioner, one of the doctors also joined us to offer their expertise and advice to support with my needs. The doctor then made a follow-up appointment for me to see them to further assess my needs. They were patient, empathetic and very informative. They then liased with other medical professionals outside of the practice to ensure that I received a referral for the necessary professionals to further support me. In addition to this, the doctor also contacted me to check in on my progress, as well as to provide updates and further information to support my needs. I am grateful for all their support and the phenomenal level of care that has been provided by members of the practice. Thank you!

Have tried and failed to book prostate antigens test for 2 days. Can't get appointment. Let call back and when called was told I should call at 0800 (no chance to get through!) rather than 8.40 tho I left a call back request for . If they know that is the purpose of call they should not give not out all the appointments prior to calling back! This practice is failing its duty of primary care. As long as primary care isn't booking in patients on time but instead pushes them away using a call handling system and then blames patients for not getting through then how can the NHS be a real service. The issue with NHS is this and it forces patient to find alternate routes to care that avoids the primary doctor as they are protected behind a call system! Meanwhile patients stop need treatment and diagnosis which is delayed thanks to these practices. The Health Secretary needs to look hard at primary care and how the patient journey begins and is managed.

i have been receiving physio [it wont allow me to put his name in but it starts with w and ends in n] at the hollybrook medical centre for months and the he's an absolute genius in improving my back and leg pains i have been getting due to sciatica. Without help i would be in a worse place than i am now so please send my gratitude to him for all that he's done for me. regards chris joy. ps top man.

I rang up on the morning of the 14th of June and was given an appointment the same day, which was needed and has resulted in hospital referrals so thank you.

The doctor I have been seeing has taken a keen interest in my condition. She has kept me up to date with calls and text messages when any progress has been made with hospital referrals and test results. She has shown genuine concern in my case and has gone out her way to expedite referrals at the hospital. I feel I can totally trust her and her interest in trying to get me well again.

Crazy system to book appointment whereby you queue up at 7.30 in the morning to try and get an appointment for that day , do not understand why you can not call and book for a later date if not urgent

The Doctor I seen was Professional, very pleasant, caring and obviously wanted the best for me, on top of that she was very easily to understand as she explained things very well.

The staff was really nice and the doctor that I saw she was amazing and really helpful and reassuring I would highly recommend this doctor to others and the Receptionist was kind as well
