    The caller was extremely knowledgable and helpful in every respect It was a pleasure dealing with Hollies I would recommend Hollies This a helpful easy access facility with a vey good pharmacist attached

    Re: Pharmacy medication review (telephone) . Despites staff shortages, of which I was made aware, the system worked extremely well. Call came within the set time parameter. Pharmacy team member was both thorough and reassuring. I felt listened to and understood. An overdue asthma review was highlighted and within minutes of the call ending I had a date set for that review.

    Me and my daughter, age 15, visited the practice recently. My daughter felt very relaxed and was encouraged to talk about her issues which she did. The doctor made it very comfortable for her to speak which I found very reassuring.

    I was contacted by telephone yesterday by a member of the practice pharmacy team. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He discussed my medication at length and I did not feel hurried. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. Thank you.

    I’d not been looking forward to my GP appointment which was to investigate, for me, a sensitive matter, but from the moment the doctor called me through greeting me with a huge friendly smile I was put at ease. She had an air of confidence, was patient with explanations and her knowledge base was immediately apparent. Brilliant service from a professional team. Thank you.

    Very helpful consultation with the GP with really helpful advice and next steps. My only concern is the time it takes to get a non urgent appointment. I waited over 3 weeks .

    Incredibly poor service which is seemingly unable to communicate with Los Pharmacy. Again messing up my medication and refusing to do anything about it. I wish I could say this is a one off but unfortunately it has been one thing after another with my entire family over a period of about 9 years. This review is based solely for the front desk team who operate purely as gatekeepers and when challenged in any way, become incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is not ok to mess up people’s essential medication and then feign innocence and ignorance.

    I just wanted to thank the doctor at the Hollies for such a professional, supportive and informative telephone consultation (12 August) with me to discuss some test results. The doctor listened closely to what I had to say, offered a wider view and then gave me specific advice. She enabled me to choose an option for future treatment, and provided some very helpful contextual information. It strikes me that consultations are not unlike PhD supervisions, which I have done for many years - it helps to be as clear as possible, to ensure there is space for a genuine dialogue rather than one way traffic, and that you agree on a way forward to address the problems that have been identified. This consultation achieved all these things. I am sure you often receive negative feedback through these channels, so it is important to note, in contrast, when things go very well!
