    We decided to register with Hollies Medical Centre having moved to Halewood recently. Both my Wife and I have chronic health issues so have had need to contact the practice regularly. Took my Wife for a diabetes review with the Practice Nurse who went over and beyond expectations. Taking time to counsel my Wife and giving us guidance with regards to the support the Practice could offer us in the transition to NHS services in Knowsley. Which, is in a different NHS trust to our previous home. The reception staff have also been friendly and helpful whenever we have called in. Our GP appointments have not felt rushed. We have felt reassured when explaining our medical problems and in the planning of our medication and care pathways. All in all our experiences of the Practice so far have been positive.

    Booked in on arrival self / very easy ! Seen GP who reviewed all recent health issues and planned procedures! Gave prescription to aid with current problem! All good 👍🏻 excellent service as usual !

    I have been with this practice years and have seen many changes some good some not so The staff have always worked hard to assist patients as have the practitioners My recent appointment was no exception I was able to have an appointment with my GP whom I feel comfortable with and was given the time to explain my problem without feeling pressure to “hurry up”I was referred on to the appropriate team for assessment the same day In this climate of uncertainty in our NHS I have complete confidence in the surgery They all work tirelessly to deliver a high standard of care given the obstacles they face … 10 out of 10

    The service at the hollies has improved significantly and I find the existing staff very efficient and willing to help. My only criticism is the appointment system.

    The practice has been improving over the last 12 months is gradually returning to being an excellent practice, hopefully this trend will continue to improve and return to a excellent practice.

    I’m rang for an appointment at 8am this and got an appointment at 10am. If you’re patient you can get an appointment, I’ve never had a problem. Thank you to all the staff who are professional and helpful.

    I took my son for an appointment, it felt a bit rushed, not much has really happened since the appointment, no communication on what happens next, we both felt a little disappointed. Will have to explore or avenues of support.

    I had bronchitis and failed to book an emergency appointment by telephone on Monday so visited the surgery early the next morning and received a same day doctors appointment. After diagnosis my antibiotic prescription was sent digitally to the registered pharmacist and i picked it up an hour later
