I had 2 experiences of wrong diagnosis before today's visit where the GP was excellent, listened to me and did not rush me I was confident in his diagnosis and it was explained regarding my illness in detail and follow ups registered. Thank you for putting my mind at ease after 5 weeks of deep Concern thank you it has made so much of a difference already

Drs are polite and listen. Staff are OK. However this recent visit was fully pleasant experience. Had a medication review and sorted blood tests. Felt listened to.

Whenever I needed an appointment I have been seen on the day. The receptionist are always helpful. I had an appointment with my chosen Doctor about an ongoing health issue. He is very professional and understanding. He had shown respect and great care towards me when I have been very anxious.

Feeling very unwell and unable to go into the surgery my husband rang and I received a pretty much immediate call from a GP, within half hour my husband had collected a prescription for me which the GP organised with our local pharmacy. The GP was kind, considerate and respectful on the phone and gave me advice and support when most needed.

I completed the new online form to book an appointment in advance, I was texted back within a short time to click the link and book an appointment in 2 weeks with the requested GP, excellent service & stopped me clogging up the phone lines !

My 11 year old daughter was seen by one of the doctors today, he listened carefully to how she had been feeling, explained her blood tests and talked about the importance of healthy bodies, eating habits and diet. The service today is excellent, doctors take their time to listen, explain and reassure. Thank you for your hard work.

Review about my medication , reassurance provided , explaination given as to why the swelling in my feet . All my current medications , & the replacements , their reasons for change explained .
