I was there at 5am in westminister hospital. After 15 minutes the male nurse called me and took mu details i am 6 weeks pregnant and was having severe pain in my legs it was unbearable. The nurse asked me take my urine sample then I literally waited there for 3 hours in so much pain. Finally i went to the reception and asked her to tell me what they have to do with me. Then after 8 am the doctor called me i were telling him my details and he was smiling jokingly that was so mean.

Quick responds and very warm and kind doctor, I explain my issue and give me alternative and proceed to give me the prescription gave me the right guidance to act if my issue persist.

I was very touched the way this gentlemen helped me. I didn't have to explain to him in detail the reason of my call but he at once understood and immediately did the needful. I must say he was very polite, very professional. This service I have always got from my GP and I hope it continues. Goodluck and God bless.

I called up for my repeat prescription, which was very promptly done. I was encouraged to book an appointment for my diabetic review and actually, they booked that on a perfectly convenient date. 1st class

I have been using this service for over 5 years and it has gone from good to great. When I order online during a weekday, I get confirmation within a day, and in many cases within 5 hours. A couple hours later I can pick up my item from my local pharmacist. Thank you.

I am registered with them since 2012 and more 95% of the times, they are nice. I called today for my repeat prescription and was brilliantly done by the gentleman over the phone. They enquired about my medication & upcoming blood test very kindly. Stay blessed all of you there..
