I had a blood test and flu vaccine on Saturday. It was done well and efficiently. I was then contacted on Tuesday morning by text, informing me I needed to get in contact with the doctor as one of my results was abnormal. The doctor was very helpful in explaining my results to me. He stated he would send my some written information, which he did. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received in both instances.

I called on Friday to ask what to do as my baby’s prescribed medication that has been prescribed by the dermatologist had finished. The receptionist was kind enough to tell me that those medications are on my baby’s repeat prescription already and I can access them online! I requested them on Friday evening and got a text now that they are ready! Thank you so much for such a great service.

I take thyroid medication regularly and was due for a prescription. This is my first GP in the UK and based on the rumors I have heard about NHS in general, being in a queue for everything, I expected a long process and wait for my prescription. But my test was booked on call on the same day, result out in 3 days and discussed on call with a Dr in the same week and prescription with me within 10 days of starting the entire process. The staff are kind and clear in their communication and I love that they book appointments on the same day. Besides they have a lot of initiatives ongoing for everyone to learn something and I am glad to have been registered with them.

Today I got results from samples I gave only yesterday. GP called me explaining the situation clearly, & immediately thereafter processed the prescription to my chosen pharmacy. Incredibly helpful & efficient service. Very grateful!

I was there at 5am in westminister hospital. After 15 minutes the male nurse called me and took mu details i am 6 weeks pregnant and was having severe pain in my legs it was unbearable. The nurse asked me take my urine sample then I literally waited there for 3 hours in so much pain. Finally i went to the reception and asked her to tell me what they have to do with me. Then after 8 am the doctor called me i were telling him my details and he was smiling jokingly that was so mean.

It was nice experience when I attended the practice for blood tests and other illness. Proactively they booked the session and blood test for me and I got the results next day. Overs it was good experience.

I have only needed the surgery few times but during those, I have experienced very good customer service start from the person who responds to the phone call up to the drs. Very pleased and feel lucky and grateful to be looked after by such a great and advanced team! Thank you 🙏
