My wife and I were seen on time and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience was pleasant and stress free. We both had the covid and flu jabs.

Review titled Awful treatment from reception
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Stuart Holder - Posted on 25 June 2024
We are very upset how your receptionist spoke to my wife this evening She was very sarcastic and unhelpful at a time of need. I won’t put her name but it was at 1615 on Tuesday 25th of June. We were trying to arrange, as instructed by the JR for anti sickness medication. The JR said at my appointment this morning that they could give me a prescription but it could be hours to wait at their pharmacy. They said better to contact your doctors to arrange. My wife said this to the receptionist and she said’so you think it’s better to wait days with us than hours at the jr’. How dare she say this. We are going through a difficult time atm and need support not mocking. I would like a reply to this please. I’m so happy with the medical treatment I’m receiving but this is so unnecessary.

Rang today and would not be able to see a Doctor for 5 weeks or speak to a Doctor. Therefore not being able to get a referral back to a specialist

Review titled Frustrating
Rated 3 stars out of 5

A great surgery if you can ever get through or book an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Everything feels difficult. Call at 8am in the morning and sit on the phone for at least 30 minutes to talk to someone - processes dont seem to account for the fact that normal people actually work and cannot sit for days on end waiting for a call back- was asked recently if I have my own blood pressure machine and if I could take a reading - are we now expected to do our own NHS tests? getting a face to face appointment unless you have a leg falling off is impossible. ended up paying privately for an appointment recently and was then patronised and told off by the receptionist this morning - telling me to use the website - please spend some time on the website actually experiencing it as a patient - its like something from 1998 and 99% of the time cannot even recognise who you are. Submitted a repeated prescription request through is several months ago and never ever received any acknowledgement - a great team being let down by their front end processes.

Review titled Great GP experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mr David Woodley - Posted on 29 May 2024
A great experience with the GP I saw today, shame they cannot be named here, saw me on time, plenty of time for me and empathy regarding everything I spoke about. Helped me massively. Great outcome.
