Had both the Covid and flu jab the practise staff were pleasant and informative throughout It was nice to see people work together as a team. Unfortunately as mentioned previously by other the parking situation is very poor.

I have very poor mobility and had my flu jab today. The jab was given to me in my car which made the process much easier for me. Thank you and much appreciated.

This a fantastic surgery. My appointment was swift, on time and extremely staff friendly. The staff very knowledgeable and explained everything. They are always willing to go out of their way to help you.

A fast and efficient service from Hightown today where I received my flu and covid jabs. You book in at reception, are then directed to a specific room where your details are checked again. You receive your jabs and then you continue down the one way corridor and out to the car park. Great Service Hightown.

Myself and my wife attended for our flu and Covid jabs today. The staff were very friendly, with a minimum wait of about 3-4mins, jabs done and off home. A very smooth operation, well done.

Having moved into the area, hightown was suggested as a great doctors surgery and they were not wrong. Each time we have needed to use the surgery we have not been disappointed. Brilliant staff, quick service and welcoming clean environment.

Today I had COVID and Flu vaccinations. I arrived very early. There was no issue with this. Checked in by a receptionist who was very pleasant and smiley. Straight through to receive vaccinations with a Dr. Information given, what to expect afterwards and recorded. This all took 10 mins maximum. What I liked was the efficient way everyone was treated. The whole process was smooth and, considering it’s not a usual working day , everyone was smiling and I felt all were very genuine. The atmosphere was fun / happy.
