Quick and efficient providing both the flu jab and covid booster today The nurse giving the jabs was both friendly and personable

Invited to walk-in flu jab by text. Arrived at 12 noon, booked in, waited for 5 minutes, had jab, job done! Very well organised!

Received text am, walked-in pm, in & out of surgery in less than 5 minutes. Could not have been more efficient.

Considering the problems faced by all NHS staff, I feel that this surgery has always done it’s best for me. I had a text message this morning offering a flu jab and within a few hours, I’m now back at home waiting for my arm to ache! I’m booked in for my Covid next week so I’m delighted. All the staff are very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful to all the staff. Many thanks!

Rang for a telephone appointment & the receptionist I spoke to was lovely and reassuring. But the surgery itself. Awful! After suffering with a problem for over 3 months to finally get an appointment for them to call me back mid-morning. Got to late afternoon so decided to check my nhs app appointment area. Under past appointments at 10am they called. I had no missed calls no voicemail No nothing. Absolutely awful doctor service. Such a worrying problem and the doctors couldn't care less

Just been for flu jab Walk in service Very efficient In and out in 2 minutes.Will recommend you to others. Mobile text service very good.

Proactively contacted to have boosters for above. Easily and quickly booked in. Small queue time but efficient nurses to administer Good job

Hard to get appointments and the phone system is poor, but care is good. Both the GP’s I’ve seen and the nurses are good. Receptionist always friendly.

First class service from the surgery for the walk in flu jab clinc. Organised and efficient. We always forget to praise God service but never fail to complain when things are not to our likeing
