The checking in was quick and the queue was short. I was called in and offered a Covid jab at the same time as the flu jab. Both done quickly and efficiently

Annual event by appointment for those eligible on Saturdays throughout October. Very streamlined and efficient. Locally convenient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very quick and efficient, went in to surgery, had jab for flu and jab for Covid. Medical staff were friendly and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Was seen by a doctor early on the same day I phoned and was examined thoroughly. Given an electrocardiogram there and then and handed in a sputum sample next day and also had a chest x-ray at Stamford hospital, very swiftly. Prescribed a short course of antibiotics straightaway. Excellent care and service all round. Having been told by practice that I was eligible for a Respiratory Syncitial Virus vaccine and that they would contact me, I was slightly taken aback when the surgery staff said I should have opted in! I've read the message again and it doesn't mention opting in at all. Clearly some misunderstanding going on here. Overall I have nothing but praise for the Hereward Practice.

Recently attended for flu and covid jabs. Booked easily via app and service on the day first rate. Friendly, professional and speedy.

Four days after my flu and covid jab, my arms are still very painful and it is a problem sleeping. I have had many similar jabs since 2019, but nothing as bad as this.
