I had an appointment with the Practice nurse today. I have never met her before, but can say that she was very kind, and also very helpful in explaining my new diagnosis. Can definitely recommend.

It seems little point in writing a letter too the surgery when putting in a request for a sick cert renewal, this time they got the date wrong, a minor detail yes, but a weeks wages loss fir me "Cheers".

As usual, the nurse was really friendly and welcoming, putting me totally at ease for an injection I’ve never had a bad experience with her, and the staff at this surgery always go above and beyond to help

The Nurse and Doctor I saw managed to help with an undiagnosed condition which had been affecting me for years. They knew what to refer me to and managed to get me back on track. They care about patients and will also help. Receptionists get a bad wrap but receptionists here at Hedgemens are very kind and caring. Thank you.

I spoke with this new manager who was extremely courteous, professional, listened to my concerns. He was very polite and helpful, full of humour. Last time, when I asked to speak with the manager, the girls at reception said she was very busy and can not speak, very rude. This time it is a man whom I am sure must be equally busy but took time to speak with me. Anyways, I like this man manager.

Having seen the Dr today, i felt like I was listened to... and was given help and advice regarding medication. The Dr was extremely helpful and friendly, as a patient this goes a long way.
