Was given a face to face appointment at 8.30 am,to return at 9.45am. More than happy with the service I had today,doctor was very thorough to help with my damaged wrist. Good surgery all in all,they are all under pressure,and just trying to do their best.

I had to contact the surgery for tge first time in five years, a lot has changed. I had to phone at 8.30 for an appointment and was on hold for ten minutes. I got an appointment for the afternoon. I had to wait just a few minutes, I saw a practitioner who was not a doctor, I was asked lots of questions and was not rushed. I thought that they got to the core of my issue and had a plan for me.

Everything was explained to me in great detail.The experience wasn't rushed and the person I spoke to was very professional and understanding. I was sent various texts with information that will be very useful to me going forward.

Phone call made to the doctors receptionist was fantastic, she was positive, polite and booked me an appointment so fast that i was in the doctors surgery waiting 20 minutes later - 5 star service I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and i was seen - 5 star service The clinician who saw me was a lovely woman who took the time to sit me down and really listen to my issues, then gave me what i like to call a full MOT to make sure everything was running ok, i was very happy when i left the surgery and honestly want to thank the practice for conducting fantastic care of me. Especially the clinician who gave me not only a good result but peace of mind that i could come back anytime if i started to feel worse at any point Thank you

Visited the GP as it was closer to home for an opinion on an injury sustained at work. Pleasant lady on reception mentioned maybe the peel however went on to say I could see a nurse at 2.10pm. No confirming with anyone it could be dealt with here. Over 2 hours later I came back and seen at 2.27pm. Nurse had no interest at looking at the injury and felt like no care, advised me “I have nothing to dress that here” and go to peel. No basic first aid equipment? Felt fobbed off really and this lady knew it was a burn injury before I stepped into room. So why in the over two hours was I not contacted beforehand to be questioned on my injury and told the appointment is not needed. Quickest appointment of my life. When is a nurse not a nurse?

I have monthly reviews of medication when it’s really not necessary, causing me to request medication monthly rather than 3 monthly like my other medication GP refused my meds but I wasn’t advised Once I get through to a GP they run through a checklist. All seems very pointless when they could give me a list of what to look for and I can proactively seek help as required

It is NICE clinical guidelines that certain medications are reviewed more often than others due to the category of them. If you want to discuss this further please call the surgery.
