The team is caring and punctilious in checking all my requirements for cancer treatment and ensuring I have all the necessary medications. The pharmacist was very helpful today and we thank him.

First, Violet Melchet has enough critical mass in terms of staff and facilities attached to provide as best as possible a One Stop Shop. My last practice was very good but in a converted town house so too small and not enough staff. Second, the receptionists are just amazing and yes, compassionate, particularly for elderly folk with a few memory issues. Third, you just get the feel that tge doctors care and there telephone appointment service is second to none. So efficient as they pride themselves that given the right assignment of needs at the receptionist stage they can signpost correctly, so those who really need to see a GP see one quicker and those who can do either a telephone of Zoom consultation don't waste the practice's time. Case in point mist of my appointments are by the phone and so I have more time with tge my GP. In conclusion, you get the feel that Violet Melchet practice is dynamic, prepared to listen

Today I have attended my appt at Violet GP surgery for an NHS Health Check and have obtained the 3/12 prescription as per the letter of my cardiologist. Good service overall.

Pharmacist carried out a thorough and professional telephone review today. He went into detail about my symptoms, about the frequency of my medication taking, made very useful suggestions regarding reviews and follow-ups with the GP. A textbook telephone review was carried out and I am most impressed.

Easy to contact pharmacist via patchs, no issues, rapid response given , asked if I had any questions or concerns. Very polite pharmacist and up to date with guidance.

Warm, welcoming and efficient practice run and maintained in a very efficient, professional and patient friendly way. My issues were dealt with by a doctor and pharmacist on the day I contracted the surgery and to my complete satisfaction.
