I recently visited Healing Surgery. Saw the doctor who gave me a very thorough diagnosis. Needed to see a physio and they were able to book me an appointment, there and then. Was seen within 15 minutes! No, that is real service! The receptionist is always so accommodating. So friendly. So kind. Been coming here for years. The staff at the Surgery do their utmost to help and support when you most need it! Thank you one and all.

I have always been very happy with the care I receive the team at the practice and have let them know this. But my most recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I called into the surgery today to explain the problem that I had. The kind and understanding receptionist agreed that I needed a face to face appointment. But she was unable to arrange the appointment there and then as there is an embargo on bookings. I need to call back at 8 am in the morning, with presumably many others, to book the appointment I need. This was not only frustrating but an inefficient use of receptionist’s time; at least two interactions will be needed to get to the agreed outcome. I would be grateful for an explanation of booking policy at the practice.
