I have joined this practice few years ago. Excellent service they offer to the community, reception team very accommodative to our needs My elderly parents are with them for many years. They were looked after so well, my father unfortunately passed earlier this year due to old age. He received excellent care during his late stages. I am so grateful for their support towards my elderly mother. Best wishes

I am able to make appointments with no issue. Receptionists deal with queries efficiently. The doctor was very helpful when I had problems with my skin.

I had to see a doctor at practice for joints pain. he check me thoroughly and given prescription and am very happy with his approach and service.

First class service very helpful receptionist always able get an appointment to see the doctor who are all very very good and caring, excellent follow up sevice and my family always feel well treated.

On Tuesday I called the Center and the secretary scream at me, just because I said that the medicine they give me didn’t work, she was very rude and offensive. I’m always polite with people and i was very Ill, I think that people work in this sector need to be emphatetic with the patient.

From the receptionists and nurses all the way to all the doctors at this practice are extremely professional in their manners dealing with patients, making us feel respected and cared for well. My children got out of hours phone call appointments because I was late to book the slots for the day at this popular & busy practice but the doctor called in the evening and discussed in detail our issues finally resolving them. Thanks for the superb service!
