I witnessed today the lovely reception lady going above and beyond to help a person in the waiting area. She made this patient a cup of coffee and demonstrated true care and concern. It was heartwarming to see. I would like to thank her for always being so calm and helpful, it really does make a difference.

Normally have really good experiences with this practice have been them many years and they have been all so very helpful, Upon visiting today I came out quite upset and miffed, I have been suffering with anxiety for a few months now and have always felt listened to on my past appointments, but was told today nothing is wrong with me ,go away, and stop wasting our time, as an anxiety sufferer, I have on previous appointments felt like I shouldn’t be there ,but what I feel is very real to me ,and doctors have always been u understanding, I seen a different doctor this time and wether this was said in jest I didn’t find it very professional and have been quite upset about it

I have no complaints with doctors decisions or treatments, howerever trying to get an appointment is almost impossible. I am an elderly lady who has to get up early to start phoning at 8 am. The phones are constantly busy and when I eventually get through all appointments are usually take. I was told there was a phone queuing system but when I asked if I remained on the phone I was told "no, you have to redial". I have even had a letter to say the Doctor wants to see you but once again it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. I know of other surgeries semi local that have a telephone queuing system and you are able to future book, hence saving spending up to an hour on the phone trying to get through and then being told "all appointments have been taken"

Doctors surgeries seem to be getting quite the bad reputation lately. Yes it is difficult to get an appointment and yes they are super busy. But! They have always been there for me when I needed them and have always helped me and in fact gone above and beyond on a few occasions too. I rarely see the same GP, but I always see one when I really need to and all the doctors I have seen and have been very helpful and I have felt well looked after. After reading so many bad reviews I felt the need to post a good one! So a thank you from me for always being helpful.
