They are fantastic here, I’m not registered with them as gps but I’ve used the walk in a handful of times and they are excellent than most walk in centres. Get seen within a hour (depending on how busy it can be) but even when it’s busy, you still get seen relatively fast and the doctors and nurses are really great, receptionists are alway very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent service every time I’ve been!!

I attended the walk-in centre regarding a bad cough I have had. The service I received from the nurse and reception was excellent - I could not have asked for more. After a short examination I was given some good advice which I acted on straight away. Altogether a very good experience which reflects very well on the NHS.

Took my daughter with an infected toe. Reception staff were really friendly and my daughter was seen by a nurse within 30 mins. The nurse reassured her and made her feel at ease. Will definitely use this service again if need be.

They were just amazing. I was heading there for an ear check, and had an asthma attack from nowhere 4 minutes away from the centre. From the moment I walked in and the reception team realised I couldn't breath, to the medical team who got me straight on the oxygen and nebuliser and stabilised me, the people working here were just fantastic. I can't recommend enough. Thank you.

Arrived on a Saturday lunchtime with a suspected UTI. I was swiftly registered before being seen by a really friendly and professional nurse/ consultant. I was seen in under and hour and sent home with a prescription. What a great place. Thank you

It opened at 10, not a lot of people there, but l was first in. Expected to be there hours, was in and out very quickly. Doctor listened, gave me the required antibiotics, and advice accordingly. Picked up my prescription for a nearby pharmacy, with no issues at all.

Had a very quick service today. Went in on the of chance of being seen and the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. I was advised of a short wait time and that they would be happy to see me. When I was called the nurse was honest and caring and was able to offer advice in terms of my query.

I called on the off chance to see if I could get an appointment, expecting not to be able to see anyone. The receptionist on the phone was very polite, they were lovely on the desk when I arrived later and the out of hours doctor was so helpful and gave me some great advice. I was shocked at how quickly I was seen too.

I took my 14 year old son to the walk in centre on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse we saw was fantastic and my son reecieved excellent care.

I called up on the off chance that they may be able to see my little girl as I know the walk in center can be very busy at times. Especially on the run up to Easter bank holiday weekend. The receptionist took some details and squeezed her in. The doctor she seen was fantastic with my daughter who was restless and in pain with her ear.
