Really worth going so helpful and cheerful lovely staff diagnosed and prescribed all within 15 minutes of being seen

Page says that walk in is open until 20:00. 111 referred us to go there as our baby was with fever for days. We arrived at 19:30 and could clearly see people inside and they could see us but they did not move a finger. We entered anyways and they seemed very surprised and told us that they do not take anyone else after 19:30, even though there wasn't any other patients in the clinic. The nurse on the day blamed 111, but the website clearly says that they are open until 20:00. They should either change the information in this page to say that opening time is until 19:30 or train better the NHS staff. If they need 30 min for their admin work then surely the clinic should say they are only open until 19:30 to the public.

I got down early and was seen quickly, my reason for going was a bit of a strange one but I was well looked after and dealt with very professionally. Put me at ease despite circumstances, very much appreciated

Apologies for waiting time were given, the lady seeing me was friendly and approachable. Appointment was efficient with good solutions given, felt my issues were understood.

I had an appointment with my GP last month. My GP heard my problem with great consideration and attentively. I was very satisfied with the diagnoses and recommended treatment of my problem, for which I thanked my GP very much. I am extremely satisfied with the medical services my practice is providing to the patients.

We got seen quickly and the nurse practitioner was brilliant with my daughter. She took time and didn’t rush and you could tell she loves her job!

good luck getting an appointment here, 8:29 lines closed 8:31 all the doctors rosters are full. spoke to the receptionist and she told to get here before the doors open tomorrow or, to go to the hospital unit.

I Rang the Hawthorn Medical Centre asking about Walk In Centre Availability. Was advised to turn up but it’s First come first served and there will be a wait. Turned up very friendly told 2 hour wait. Was seen in just under which is a better option than 3 weeks with my GP surgery. Was seen by nursing practitioner who immediately put me at ease told me the best way to deal with the issue. Was dealt with in minutes! Very pleased can’t praise the practice enougj

I've visited the 'walk in' centre twice recently & on both occasions the reception staff and the doctors were all pleasant, helpful and caring. A credit to the NHS...!!! Keep up the good work...!!
