My husband and ì are elderly. The service we have and for our health issues has been exellent. My husband rang gp today and explained a worry he had about chest pains. Adviced by receptionist to see gp this afternoon. Gp has adviced him to go for check up tommorow at local hospital. We are so lucky to be in this surgery. Being polite and understanding of the situation, our health service is experiencing at the moment is crucial. I say thankyou to all the staff at the surgery.....

Went to pick up a prescription left at reception 6 days ago and still not ready despite being promised it would be ready for collection 2 days after I dropped it off. This is a constant issue with this practice along with being unable to book any appointment, which 2 years ago resulted in me being rushed into hospital with sepsis and almost needing open heart surgery. As for being busy I have yet to see more than 6 people in the huge waiting room. Very poor I'm afraid

7th in line on phone to be told all appointments gone. Really at 8.35? Poor practice and service. How do you get an appointment? Bookable appointment 11 days later or try again next day!
