I had a vasectomy at Hartshill medical centre. The appointment was arranged swiftly following a counselling appointment. The procedure went ahead on time and the team were very professional and made me feel completely at ease. Outstanding service and practice.

Great practice - staff are very professional, friendly and caring. Practice was always efficient with time keeping and never kept me waiting, the practice was always clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff and made me feel at ease through treatment. Would highly recommend.

I had a vasectomy at the practice and the Dr and Nurse were fantastic. Very chatty, professional and putting me at ease throughout.

Excellent service, everything was very well explained, very clean practice. The doctor and nurse were very confident and had very good communication skills as the procedure was carried out.

Reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the team go above and beyond for their patients. Despite the NHS pressures the practice always has appointments for the sick and prioritizes extremely well. The doctors and nurses are so experienced and deal excellently with patients of all ages. We are lucky to be patients there!

I had to go for an ECG and the lady was very professional calming and out me at ease . The reception staff were polite and lovely too
