Booked to have my implant out originally being in a couple weeks time and then got a cancellation appointment just shy of a few days of making my original appointment dr vm suchak who has done the removal is ever so lovely he even played me some music for relaxation which i thought was a good idea for people who struggle with needles and scalpals i didnt need it but was just a really nice touch to his professionalism 5* service

Had my vasectomy done with dr N, fantastic doctor and his assistant was brilliant too. I felt really at ease and the procedure went smoothly

Had a great experience talked me though everything and made me feel at ease all of the time would recomend to anyone and there was no waiting at all my appointment was exactly on time

Recent had a vasectomy here and the dr was very professional, in no discomfort at all, the assistant was excellent and help ease any tension.

The doctor and nurse who did my vasectomy were brilliant . It was a quick op and after day one I've healed lovely after the advice of the doctor

I went online at 8 am, gave details of my problem, received a phone call from the triage GP at 10 and was seen in surgery at 10.30. The new system certainly worked better for me

Surgery is bright and clean. Staff are wishing and friendly. Saw Dr for minor procedure, very friendly and informative, felt listened to. Nurse chaperone also made effort to know name and offer support. Liked the attempts from both clinicians to make room calm and welcoming. Thank you.

The doctor and the assistant were amazing and made the operation as comfortable as possible and explained through out, they made the whole experience a lot more bearable.
