I went online at 8 am, gave details of my problem, received a phone call from the triage GP at 10 and was seen in surgery at 10.30. The new system certainly worked better for me

Surgery is bright and clean. Staff are wishing and friendly. Saw Dr for minor procedure, very friendly and informative, felt listened to. Nurse chaperone also made effort to know name and offer support. Liked the attempts from both clinicians to make room calm and welcoming. Thank you.

The doctor and the assistant were amazing and made the operation as comfortable as possible and explained through out, they made the whole experience a lot more bearable.

I attended for a coil fitting appointment. The surgery itself is so modern and clean and the reception staff were friendly. I was called in right on my appointment time and the doctor was so lovely and friendly and made me feel very at ease when I felt a bit nervous! He explained everything very clearly. Thank you!

I was booked in for a vasectomy at this clinic. It went smoothly in a professional and friendly manner. Considering I was nervous about this procedure, my mind was put at rest, with everything explained clearly before, during and afterwards.

today I was in the medical center and dr.vm suchak meet me and was very attentive and explained everything to me in great detail. and he performed the procedure to remove the polyp so quickly and painlessly that I was pleasantly surprised. I would also like to note that the doctor’s assistants were very friendly and caring. Great team and high quality work! Highly recommend 👍🏻

After falling at home on 02/06/24, I put a note on the online form of the Drs on 05/06/24 at 8am and had a telephone consultation with one of the DRs at 12:30 on the same day. I had previously been seen at a walk in centre on 03/06/24 where I was told there was nothing wrong me and to go home. I was in agony in my knee, I couldn’t put weight through it or get about. Dr was extremely caring and thorough. She immediately realised that this knee needed to be looked at, she made a referral to the fracture clinic and prescribed me painkillers. This resulted in me receiving an x-Ray and MRI scan, an appointment at the knee clinic and a probable diagnosis of a torn meniscus (waiting confirmation of results from MRI). I now have a treatment plan and am less likely to have ongoing problems that would have caused more costs for the NHS in the long term! Dr showed compassion, care and common sense to the treatment which was needed. I originally went to the walk in centre to take pressure off the GPs and A&E, however, it turned out I needed to see the GP in the end and it was them that have set me on the right path to recovery. Thank you Dr and all at hartshill medical centre for your on going care and always putting your patients first!

I had a good experience in visiting my G.ap in hartshillmedical centre today. The procedure performed in a calm manner and with a proper approach. It was a good experience for me.
